Yaniv Adar graduated from the University of Florida, with honors, in 2005 with degrees in Political Science and Jewish Studies and a minor in Communication Studies. Yaniv graduated from Duke University School of Law, with honors, in 2008 where he served in numerous leadership positions. While at Duke, Yaniv also pursued a joint degree with the Sanford School of Public Policy, receiving a Masters in Public Policy in 2008. Yaniv is an active member of the Florida Bar and is currently completing a judicial clerkship.
Yaniv has been a faculty member with Kaplan Test Prep & Admissions since 2004. After taking a Kaplan LSAT course in 2004, Yaniv increased his score by 21 points, scoring in the 97th percentile. Yaniv has taught for Kaplan in Florida (Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Gainesville, Tallahassee) and North Carolina (Elon, Durham, Chapel Hill, Raleigh), at one point serving as the Lead LSAT Instructor for the North Carolina Triangle Center.
