Stephen Wagner: Presenter Stephen Wagner, is a practicing attorney, who has been an LSAT instructor with Kaplan in South Florida for more than three years. Steve attended Georgetown University Law Center, from which he graduated in 2000. After three years of private practice with Baker & McKenzie in Washington, D.C., Steve joined U.S. Customs and Border Protection as an attorney in March 2004. Steve's practice focuses on immigration, trade and customs law as well as labor and employment issues. He is frequently called on to teach legal concepts to classes of Customs Officers and Border Patrol Agents. Prior to working as an attorney, Steve worked for fifteen years in foreign affairs for the U.S. Department of State and the Central Intelligence Agency. Steve holds degrees in Economics and German, with a minor in Finance, from the University of Notre Dame.
