Presenter: Robert Brown

Robert A. Brown is a 1996 cum laude graduate of Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, and a 1999 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He began his career as associate real estate and finance department in the Philadelphia office of Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen, LLP. Robert later worked at the City of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia office Klehr, Harrison before joining the Atlanta Office of Stites & Harbison, PLLC, were he was elected member at the age of 32. At Stites, Robert was a member of the Capital Markets group where his practice specialized in representing originators, servicers, lenders and issuers in transactions related to Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities. Robert recently joined the faculty of John Marshall Law School, as an adjunct faculty member where he has taught both first year and third year law students. Robert's research focuses on corporate governance and finance issues. He has also recently served as counsel at a 275+ lawyer law firm with representing lenders and retail chains. Currently, he is an adjunct law professor at John Marshall Law School.
