The D.M.D. program at the Tufts School of Dental Medicine, which extends over a four year period, consists of a series of didactic, laboratory, and clinical experiences which are designed and sequenced to result in the logical development of concepts and skills from the very simple to more advanced procedures. The third and fourth years of the program are intensely clinical, and include some lecture courses and many small group seminars/workshops.
